Cancellation & Refund Policy

MyAuditor believes in high level of client service and helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy.  

We clearly communicate the costs involved with the services and the process we use to facilitate for payment of fees. the following is our cancellation policy and process for refund of money for incomplete services.

MyAuditor will hold all the paid amounts in the interest of the customers. If you are not satisfied with our services, Please send an email to or raise a compliant (service available after login into your customer panel) and we will reach out to you at the earliest to resolve the issues.

Even after raising Compliant or mail to us, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can request for cancel the order and request for refund the Money.

Please note cost of your order may be comprised of different services at different points of time suck as Fee for obtaining of DINs, DSCs, Name Approval, Preparation of documents and filings and Approvals. will charge professional fee according to the services rendered to you in relation to your order. If your order is completed and we will generate invoice for the full amount paid by you as per the order terms and conditions.

if you are order is incomplete and we receive request for cancellation of order & refund of money, the Refund request will be processed after raising of the invoice for the services already rendered to you in relation to your order and the balance amount will be refunded.

While Processing the refund request, Unfortunately the following Fees / Amounts can not be Refunded;

  1. Any money paid to government entities, such as Govt Filing Fees, Stamp duties or taxes, or any amount paid to other third party affiliates who have been engaged to process your order at any point.

  2. Any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to affiliates also cannot be refunded.

Please note we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular requirement. For instance, the government may not approve a company name as per your wish / expectation or may not register trademark application for legal reasons. Such Outcomes are beyond the scope of our service. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays in processing of your order. There may be a situation where government website is down and your order is not completed as a result.

Hence, MyAuditor does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered as per your requirements. We try to our best to complete you order at the earliest with utmost smooth processing. Please note these problems are beyond our control and we can not give guarantee for the same.

Please note, MyAuditor will process all refund requests with in Thirty (30) days.

Instead of Cancellation of order, You can also exchange products / services ordered to us by following and complying required procedure, Terms and Conditions with in 60 days of placement of your order.
